  • You must be 18 or older to purchase.
  • Prices are in AED; the checkout price is the price on your receipt.
  • Pay by Visa or Mastercard, or Cash on Delivery within the UAE.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method only.
  • These Terms are governed by UAE law.

The “Souq Al Arab” online store is operated by International Education & Events Centre FZE, located at Twin Towers, Fujairah, P.O. Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. By using this website or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years of age or older to register or make a purchase. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users or transacting on this website.

2. Products and prices

  • Products are offered by the kiosks of Souq Al Arab; the kiosk name is shown on every product.
  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). The price and currency displayed at checkout will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt.
  • We take care to display products accurately; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, with a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Payment

  • We accept online payments using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in AED, as well as Cash on Delivery within the UAE.
  • Payments are processed through a secure, licensed payment gateway. We do not store card details on our servers.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and the store’s policies and rules.
  • Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.

4. Orders and delivery

An order is confirmed once payment is completed or a Cash on Delivery order is confirmed. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Sanctioned countries

We will not trade with or provide any services or products to OFAC-sanctioned countries, entities or individuals, or to those subject to sanctions applicable in the UAE.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or attempt unauthorised access to its systems. All content, including text, images and logos, belongs to International Education & Events Centre FZE or the respective kiosk owners and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability shall in no case exceed the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Fujairah shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. Country of merchant domicile: United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect once published on this page.
